Although disabled, no hinderances in learning

JICA and JKM jointly organised the "Presentation Skills Training" for their disabled group to prepare their future leaders to be in leadership. I was given the chance to conduct the training and it was indeed a great challenge for me to train these special people (wheelchair bound, blind, deaf and dumb). The most satisfaction part of training is that they are willing to learn, humble and very participative despite their disability.
